2012 Summer Games London Offline is a helpful app that won’t bust your budget. The iPhone and iPad app fromTidels opens with a countdown to the Olympics. Additionally, you can study up on the different venues, including the new Olympic Stadium.

London 2012: Official Join In App (iOS/Android/Blackberry)
