This is a little demonstration of how to put text on a layout window exactly where you want it, with the style you want and justification as well. It also hints at how you might get the actual width of a text string without calling a Windows API. Perceptive programmers might see this as a preliminary study for building a better legend generator. You just might be right! (MB src included).
