RTSe MetaScan is a free extension from RTSe USA, Inc. (www.rtseusa.com) that allows you to view data and metadata together in ESRI's ArcView application. MetaScan does not create metadata records. You must create them using a metadata creation program like Spatial Metadata Management System (SMMS), then use the extension to open them from ArcView. Happy viewing!
