I'm very disapointed you included this letter in your GIS bulletin. This has nothing to do with GIS and I think it is here because of the recent sponsoring of Microsoft to your map contest.
I hope you will include one of the numerous answers to this letter so that your readers have a balanced view of the situation. I think it would be fair.
