Researchers at the University of Cambridge have created a Global Flavor Map based on network analysis that charts relationships between chemical compounds that make up flavor, and found some interesting patterns. In North America, many recipes use related flavors, while in Asia recipes often use completely unrelated flavors. Used with permission. Via NPR.
TruePosition released testing results of its indoor location technology in April. These tests put the company squarely into the Federal Communication Commission explorations of indoor locating for emergency response.
