Podcast: Geospatial Dataset Offers Lease, Mineral Rights Information for the Marcellus Shale Region

One source of energy to power U.S. growth that is now under hot consideration is natural gas and the drilling techniques to extract it from Marcellus Shale, a geologic formation with gas deposits spanning from Central New York, through Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The following conversation is with Scott Little of CoreLogic that has just released a geospatial data set to support the needs of land owners, exploration companies and others… (see also the recent TIME Magazine article on gas drilling in the Marcellus Shale region.)
