Orbisat start a new contract with Petrobras

Company: Orbisat da Amazonia Ind. e Aerolevantamento S.A.
 Orbisat da Amazonia, remote sensing, started in December 2007 a new contract with the Brazilian Company for oil and gas, Petrobras. The project will be deployed in the Amazon Region, in Urucu located in the middle of the jungle. Orbisat will be using the OrbiSAR-1, a Synthetic Aperture Radar operating in the X and P bands, with the property of Foliage Penetration making possible to the client to work with soil data without any touch in forest.
