How has your usage of Google Maps changed since Google changed its data source from a well-known vendor to itself?
I use it the same way as before.
I use it about the same, but now I report errors.
I use it less.
I use it more.

Map Intelligence hits spot for ESRI customers in Spain
March 17, 2008

Company: Integeo
Industry: Business Intelligence
Location: Sydney, Australia

Sydney, Australia/Madrid, Spain-- Integeo today announced that only three months after launch, Integeo Iberia has been named partner of the quarter by leading mapping vendor ESRI.

Based in Madrid, Integeo Iberia is the regional distributor, Spain and Portugal, for Map Intelligence(TM), the first intuitive platform for developing location intelligence applications.

Alvaro de Gracia, director of Integeo Iberia, said that Integeo's spatial hub lets ESRI customers quickly and easily factor location into business decisions.

"Map Intelligence merges spatial analytics with business intelligence systems such as Cognos, Business Objects and Hyperion/Oracle," Mr de Gracia said. "This is all achieved in a web-based, real-time environment that produces powerful visual decision support systems for our customers."

ESRI's Channel Manager, Gonzalo Hervás, said that the response to Map Intelligence from ESRI customers in Europe had been outstanding.

"There is a growing awareness that location is an essential dimension for business analysis," Mr Hervás said.

"In just one example, El Club Carrefour has used Map Intelligence and ESRI's technology to make decisions around marketing of its loyalty program based on parameters such as drive time to their local store, time of day they might shop, how much they spend in a given location, and other criteria.

"With Map Intelligence, Integeo has achieved an elegant marriage between business intelligence and maps that supports business decision making in the important context of location."
