Core Software Technology Announces the Release of TerraSoar Workflow:
A Geospatial Production Management System

 Pasadena, California -- Core Software Technology today announced the release of its geospatial workflow management system and e-commerce suite known as TerraSoar Workflow. TerraSoar Workflow allows organizations to automate the process of creating information products as well as manage, track and fulfill orders in a local or distributed work environment. "TerraSoar Workflow is a very unique product in that it automates each step in the production environment creating a more efficient means of developing end-user products and managing this process," stated Richard Parker, Core VP of Engineering.He added, "We designed this system to overcome many limitations organizations face when handling geospatial data." TerraSoar Workflow works seamlessly with local processing capabilities while leveraging resources at remote sites in order to maximize efficiency.The system is flexible and scalable by design allowing for any number of new processes to be added with minimal effort.The use of a Java API facilitates the addition of production modules, custom order forms and administration interfaces to meet the needs of each unique situation. TerraSoar Workflow features an e-commerce component enabling the system to perform a host of procedures ranging from customer tracking and order management to credit card authentication and product delivery. Multiple geospatial archives can be simultaneously queried, and will return the user the appropriate order forms for each database.The suite of tools includes customizable order forms, which provide the interface for interacting with and delivering a product to the end user, the ability to manage credit card transactions or purchase order debit accounts, and electronic delivery or FedEx shipping of the product where appropriate.Users can track orders throughout each step of product retrieval or processing.In addition, the system provides resident accounting systems all of the necessary information in order to facilitate internal financial reporting. Currently TerraSoar Workflow is being deployed to fourteen ground stations worldwide as part of ImageSat International's high resolution satellite imaging program.The system will serve as ImageSat's global infrastructure for managing product generation, distribution, delivery and tracking all orders on a real time basis.Through using this system, ImageSat will be able to track sales in real time worldwide.In addition, unique capabilities of the distributors worldwide can be integrated in order to allow for efficient value added production of the imagery products.
