Limassol,Cyprus -- Menashe Broder, CEO of ImageSat International N.V., announced today that it has completed its restructuring of its commercial imagery sales program, in keeping with the principle strategy of the Company to focus on its government, military and intelligence customers.

The Company moved its Central Archiving System from Cyprus to its main Ground Control Station.It has entered into an agreement with its North American distributor, Core Software Technology, pursuant to which, Core Software has agreed to no longer serve as a distributor, agent, seller or reseller of ImageSat International.This will enable ImageSat to realign the key North American market with its sales strategy.

"The EROS high-resolution satellite program was developed to cater to the needs of the National Security sector," said Mr.Broder."While we are hopeful that a significant civilian market will evolve, ImageSat will focus on those markets in which we excel: government, military and intelligence communities."
