3-GIS to Exhibit and Present at the Esri Electric & Gas User Conference

3-GIS, a GIS software solutions company based in Decatur, Alabama will exhibit in booth #208 at the 2012 Esri Electric & Gas User Group Conference. 3-GIS’ Vice President of Utilities, Eric Fulcher and Program Director, Lee Nelson will also present. The conference will be held October 7-10 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

3-GIS expands access to GIS for utility and telecommunications companies with technology driven software incorporating Esri’s ArcGIS platform. Being demonstrated in the booth will be Network Express and Field Express as well as a new mobile application for Android and iPad. Not only able to view GIS data, Field Express for Android and iPad can also edit both feature level and related record data.

Eric Fulcher, 3-GIS’ Vice President of Utilities will present ‘Montana Dakota Utilities' Deployment of an ArcGIS for Server Field Solution’ in room 258, October 9 at 8:30am. He added, “We're excited to be able to show the latest in our Field Express and Network Express technologies, including our disconnected Android editing tool.”

3-GIS Program Director, Lee Nelson PE, will present ‘GIS in the Field Supporting Integrity Management Compliancy’ in room 257, October 9 at 8:30am. He added, “Through our collaboration with GTI this past year, we have focused on developing mobile applications designed to support the growing demands of the integrity management regulations.”
