Jeff Goebel has joined 3K3, LLC as a Senior Consultant.  Prior to retirement from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) after thirty-one years of distinguished service, Mr. Goebel managed the Global Geospatial Intelligence (GGI) contract for over a decade.  That single contract provides over 75% of the geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) to meet NGA's geospatial data and safety of navigation missions, as well as providing critical analytic skills to address current and enduring intelligence issues.

“We are thrilled to have Jeff as part of the 3K3 family,” said Jay Arnold, co-founder and Managing Partner of 3K3.  “His breadth and depth of knowledge across the geospatial industry is phenomenal.”

As Senior Consultant, Goebel will assist 3K3’s clients with business and strategy development.  “I look forward to helping our clients connect the dots among Federal DoD and civilian agencies, resulting in more efficient business development and more robust strategic planning,” said Goebel.
