BSI Introduces ROLLOVER - - Instant Remedy to NPDP/ParcelAtlas Extended Attribute Shortfall

Boundary Solutions, Inc. | Mill Valley, CA

For years BSI has been including tax roll attributes with its National Parcel Layer content service. In many metros, situs, characteristic and owner information attributes are quite current and complete. However, for a variety of reasons, this is not always possible due to excessive cost, restrictions and other constraints.

As a remedy, BSI is introducing ROLLOVER, a link to a major 3rd party real estate information service. Whenever the extended attributes supported by BSI are wanting, Subscribers will be able to select the ROLLOVER button and instantly have ParcelAtlas attributes (online) and/or the NPDP attributes on the desktop be overwritten with the most competent nongraphic data available in industry. In addition to ROLLOVER overwriting a single record, multiple records may be retrieved in one step by selecting multiple parcels. Subscribers purchase a 'bucket' of such transactions, independently from their BSI subscription fee, and pay again when they use them up.

ROLLOVER is selected to add more attributes or Verify Existing Attrubutes
