Business Geografic, a French innovative GIS software provider with worldwide reach, receives a European (Eurostars Eureka) grant to lead a new major Geo-Business Intelligence innovation program in consortium with their partner HippoLine, a BI specialist in the Netherlands.

Business Geografic, in consortium with their partner HippoLine, is granted financial support from the European Union through the Eurostars program framework (see below for more information about the Eurostars program) to implement their GEO Key innovative project and develop the next-generation Geo-Business Intelligence software product.
GEO Key, currently under development by Business Geografic with HippoLine’s market experience in BI, aims at providing a universal and self-sufficient Geo-Business Intelligence tool including Business Geografic’s 25+ years of Geo-Analytics expertise and know-how in software development. GEO Key will capitalize on GEO, Business Geografic’s world-recognized innovative GIS software platform, to integrate the spatial dimension within decision-making processes and deliver powerful mapping capabilities for geo-reporting, spatial analytics and predictive analytics, with product specialization on key vertical markets. GEO Key will be fully interoperable with Business Geografic’s GEO Generator and GEO business solutions.
Business Geografic and HippoLine intend to fill the gap on the BI mid-market and to answer the lack of powerful yet affordable Location Intelligence software for small and medium-sized businesses. With GEO Key, SMEs and larger companies will soon benefit from a turnkey BI software tool offering native integration of the spatial dimension within decision-making processes.
GEO Key will provide immersive user interfaces with BI interactive maps dynamically linked to the data, enabling intuitive configuration of map-centric dashboards including a wide range of innovative mapping features and analyses based on users’ small to very big volumes of data, for real-time business monitoring, decision making and predictive analytics.
GEO Key will follow Business Geografic’s product philosophy: interoperability with all kinds of GIS standards and business data formats, power, scalability, simplicity and responsive HTML5 (multi-device) portability for end-users, both in SaaS and On-Premises modes.
