Customer Satisfaction Survey Reveals 95% of Customers Would Refer NexTraq Fleet Tracking Platform

Customers give high marks to the GPS fleet management leader on the sales process, customer service and platform reliability

Atlanta – October 8, 2012 – NexTraq, the value leader of GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, announced today that according to its third annual customer satisfaction survey, 95% of NexTraq customers would refer the NexTraq® Fleet Tracking platform to another business or associate. Additionally, driver behavior modification was the number one benefit of the solution followed closely by increasing fleet productivity.

When asked how much more productive the NexTraq Fleet Tracking platform has made their business, the majority of respondents cited 10-25% with the second largest group citing productivity increases of 50% or more.
