Emergency Response and Disaster Prevention Project Wins Asia Geospatial Excellence Award

SuperGeo Technologies, the leading global provider of complete GIS software and solutions, announced to receive the 'Asian Geospatial Excellence Award – Disaster Management' by means of 'Emergency Response and Disaster Prevention System’ which is developed by Environmental Management Consultants Technologies Inc (EMCT). The Web GIS system is utilized by Atomic Energy Council (AEC), Taiwan for disaster control of nuclear plants.

With the mission of protecting public health and safety, SuperGeo and the EMCT team utilized SuperWebGIS 3 to develop an Online GIS query system, which provides the staff of AEC with reliable spatial data and real-time environmental monitoring information to achieve the implementation of precise activities for better emergency response and preparedness.
