Esri and CCIM Institute Team Up to Provide Market Intelligence at RECon

Sharing is Caring

Esri and the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) Institute will showcase their real estate analysis solutions together at ICSC RECon, the largest real estate conference in the world. CCIM member attendees who visit the Esri booth will receive discounted ArcGIS Online subscriptions for analysis that goes beyond Site to Do Business (STDB) functionality currently offered to CCIM members.

The CCIM Institute is commercial real estate's most influential professional organization, with members closing $200 billion in annual commercial real estate deals. A huge part of that success is due to CCIM working with Esri to provide map and analysis services to its members. Since 2013, CCIM has integrated its commercial applications with Esri tools that help its members investigate the real estate market more strategically.

At RECon, Esri and CCIM will demonstrate the many ways that ArcGIS Online geospatial analysis and STDB reporting capabilities increase real estate profits. Attendees who visit their booths will be offered a discounted subscription to ArcGIS Online, giving CCIM members access to the full capabilities of Esri's collaborative, cloud-based GIS such as ready-to-use data, apps, and maps.

"The combination of Esri data and business analysis is helping organizations like ours make much better decisions; serve clients better; and, ultimately, close more sales," says Karl Landreneau, director of commercial sales and leasing at NAI Latter and Blum and former president of the CCIM Institute. "This has given real estate professionals a clear competitive edge over the Realtors who just use maps and ignore the more vital tools that give them a better understanding of the market."

Esri will also showcase an app that takes the struggle out of creating branded property flyers. In just four easy steps, booth visitors can enter information on any property and get a client-ready property flyer that includes population, income, and housing stats by distance; demographic data; and much more.
