GeoComm Announces new Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Product Development

St. Cloud, MN: Geo-Comm, Inc. (GeoComm) is excited to announce the appointment of Jody Sayre as the company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Sayre, formerly GeoComm’s Vice President of Client Services, will be responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing infrastructure which includes: inside sales, marketing, direct sales, channel sales and international sales.

“Jody is uniquely qualified to be the Vice President of Sales & Marketing based on her vast experience in the public safety communications industry. During her 14 years of experience at GeoComm she has been involved in every aspect of our company’s product and services offerings; said Tom Grones, GeoComm President and CEO. “Jody will invigorate and sustain GeoComm’s ongoing efforts as we position ourselves to provide the GIS infrastructure for the future of 9-1-1.”

In addition, John Brosowsky, GeoComm’s Product Development Director has been promoted to Vice President of Product Development. Brosowsky will be responsible for leading GeoComm’s research and development efforts related to the company’s legacy public safety GIS software products and providing vision and direction for its NG9-1-1 applications. Both John and Jody will actively participate in developing strategic initiatives as part of the company’s executive team.

“John has been leading the design and development of GeoComm’s public safety GIS products suite for 15 years in various capacities and is naturally deserving of this leadership role. John is well-qualified for this role based on his innovative understanding of GIS technology and his thought leadership in applying geospatial technology to public safety and NG9-1-1.” said Grones. “We are excited about the direction John’s leadership will take GeoComm.”
