St. Cloud: The Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation (GSDC) of St. Cloud Minnesota recently awarded the first I-Award for for-profit organizations recognizing and celebrating the innovation and creativity in area businesses. GeoComm won the I-Award in the established business category for GeoLynx Spatial Router, a NENA i3 Emergency Call Routing Function/Location Validation Function (ECRF/LVF) which is currently being deployed in Texas.

GeoLynx Spatial Router is part of an end-to-end NG9-1-1 GIS solution that includes 9-1-1 GIS data management, aggregation and quality control, and systems to provision GIS data to both ECRF/LVF and tactical 9-1-1 mapping systems.

“We are honored with having been selected the inaugural recipient of this prestigious award; said Tom Grones President and CEO of GeoComm. The software platform that has been developed, tested, refined, installed and optimized has been a labor of love over the past five years for many people here at GeoComm.
