Thursday, September 8th 2011

IDV Solutions today announced the opening of an online user community for all of their products, including Visual Fusion business intelligence and data visualization software and Fetch!, an app that enables users to access enterprise data on their mobile phones.

Hosted on the popular community platform Get Satisfaction, the new site lets users interact directly with each other and with the IDV development team. Users can ask questions, exchange ideas and propose new features for the software, which is used by Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, and humanitarian organizations around the globe. Visual Fusion enables these enterprises to consolidate data from disparate sources in a shared, web-based interface to promote better analysis and decision making.

“There’s no better source of ideas and inspiration than our customers,” said IDV Chief Technology Officer Ian Clemens. “They are a dynamic group and their input helps us produce better products. By opening this conversation with them, we can be more responsive to their needs and provide better customer service.”

The site, at http://community.idvsolutions.com, also provides convenient access to company blogs, Twitter feeds, and other news.
