The professional services division will build on that reputation by expanding the organization to support customer’s technology objectives for all phases of the GIS lifecycle. RAMTeCH’s professional services include experienced GIS consulting, systems integration services, project management, application development, system architecture, database services, process improvement services and utility business consulting.

Elroy has a B.A. in Business Administration from College of Idaho and an MBA from Idaho State University.
