Magnolia River Acquires Aeroquest Optimal

Magnolia River Services, Inc. of Hartselle, Alabama has acquired Aeroquest Optimal Inc. (“Optimal”), the Huntsville, Alabama subsidiary of Aeroquest International (TSX:AQL).

“The addition of Optimal to Magnolia River is an important step in our overall strategic plan,” said Kimberly Hoff, President & CEO of Magnolia River. “This acquisition broadens our offerings to our clients and expands us into new markets.” Optimal provides government agencies and private companies with Geographic Information Systems, surveying, and LiDAR and Photogrammetric mapping services. Optimal is a leader in the acquisition, processing and interpretation of surface geographic data. The company has extensive resources, licensed and certified personnel, and the ability to rapidly and accurately meet project requirements – both large and small scale.
