The Dataconnexions Jury awarded Maporama Solutions the winner of the Professional Category for innovation in Open Data during the second annual Dataconnexions event held today at the Dassault Systèmes headquarters in Vélizy-Villacoublay, France.

The Jury, composed of leaders in the space of Open Data, reviewed a total of 34 business cases since the opening of the contest in September 2012 resulting in 6 winners within 4 categories – Consumer, Professional, Public Interest and Urban Mobility. Maporama Solutions was selected for the strength and innovation of their GeoDashboard, a geospatial, analytical dashboard allowing the geographic visualization of enterprise data from Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems.

During the award ceremony, Maporama Solutions presented an overview of the company strategy, along with a short demo of the GeoDashboard and an introduction to the self-service offering due for release this quarter.
