Maptitude Mapping Software Team Provides Corporate Sponsorship for NEGIS Spring Conference

NEWTON MA (USA) - The Northeast Geographic Information Society (NEGIS) Spring Conference will be held on April 6-7, 2016 in Amherst, MA (USA). NEGIS is a charitable organization whose purpose is to raise awareness and promote and support geographic information technology in the community and in education, notably through scholarships and internships.

The Maptitude mapping software team is proud to provide corporate sponsorship for the NEGIS Spring Conference. All conference proceeds fund the NEGIS scholarship program that benefits students in higher education studying GIS, with the goal to help develop trained GIS professionals.

The 2016 Spring conference will feature exciting presentations on modern GIS applications for use in the field and will include outdoor UAV and Mobile Lidar demonstrations.
