SAS Geospatial Receives DBE/SBE Certifications

Shaheed A. Smith Geospatial, LLC (SAS) is pleased to announce that it has received its certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) from the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PA UCP). SAS is now listed in the PA UCP DBE directory.

SAS has also been certified by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE). SBE was developed to assist small businesses in participating in transportation related projects.

“We are excited to become a part of these two programs,” says Shaheed Smith President of SAS. “I am confident that this will open numerous doors and help us to gain valuable experience in our field of expertise.” SAS has also recently been approved by PennDOT as a Business Partner.
