Parcel Builder was first introduced in the GIS marketplace in 2002, and is currently deployed to more than 700 users across the country.

A software product developed exclusively by Sidwell, Parcel Builder is the premier parcel mapping solution for ArcGIS® 9.3.1 software from ESRI. Parcel Builder provides users with a comprehensive GIS-based land records management solution that is fully compliant with the newest technology from ESRI.

New to this version of Parcel Builder is the AddressManager™ module, which features a set of tools which allow users to maintain road centerline attributes, create address points and automate assignment of addresses, and generate addressing reports for other applications. Other enhancements in this latest release include: improved support of unique parcel identifiers, enhanced CAMA and tax integration capabilities, and the ability to link to an external web site in Parcel Builder-Administrator™; automated dimension placement from COGO attributes, and the addition of an annotation import tool to streamline utilization of annotation from digital submittal CAD files in Parcel Builder-MapEditor™; and support for multiple data frames and linked tables in Parcel Builder-MapPlotter™.
