SmartZip Analytics Puts the Power of Big Data and Analytics into the Palms of Real Estate Agents

SmartZip Analytics, Inc., a leader in analytics-driven targeted marketing for the real estate industry, today announced the release of a new mobile app for SmartTargeting, their flagship predictive marketing platform. SmartTargeting for mobile is the first app that allows real estate agents to get detailed insights on each home and homeowner in their prospecting territory from any iOS device, along with rankings of homes most likely to sell identified by SmartZip’s patent-pending predictive analytics. The new app comes at the heels of another record quarter with revenues growing over 250% from the same quarter a year ago.

The SmartTargeting platform combines big data, predictive analytics, and marketing automation to help agents identify and connect with the best seller prospects in any neighborhood across the United States. With the launch of the new mobile app, SmartTargeting clients now have a distinct advantage to take this powerful intelligence with them while they are in the field interacting with homeowners.

“SmartZip is blazing the trail as it continues to add new ways for us to generate business,” said Dan Keller of Keller Williams OC Coastal Realty, a brokerage in Orange County, CA. “This new app gives us tremendous advantage on the road. Whether we are out prospecting in our territory, or with clients who want to view and adjust their online home values, we can now access SmartTargeting data insights right from our iPhone or iPad.” SmartTargeting clients can also search homes based on key indicators derived from SmartZip’s analytics, for example, if an agent has a prospective buyer looking for a 3-bedroom home, they can easily identify matching seller prospects in their area that are mathematically predicted to have the highest likelihood to sell, directly from their iOS device.

“The SmartTargeting app is another powerful extension towards our vision of ‘high-tech farming,’” said Rajeev Kalavar, vice president of products at SmartZip. “Imagine meeting someone at an open house or local coffee shop, knowing in advance that they have a high propensity to sell, have been in their home for six years and are no longer under water. Armed with these insights, the agent can foster the ‘right’ conversation and build instant rapport with prospects. That is the power of big data and analytics at your fingertips.”

SmartZip client Jeffrey Adler of Keller Williams Village Square Realty in New Jersey has been out in his field more now that he has this information on the go. “This changes the game for my prospecting needs,” said Adler. “Accessing homeowner insights on the fly makes me credible and relevant to my prospects. The SmartTargeting app is an ingenious concept that keeps me ahead of my competition.”

The SmartTargeting mobile app for iOS is available for download from the Apple AppStore. Android versions of the app will soon be available on Google Play. Real estate agents and brokers interested in learning more about SmartZip can visit http://www.smartzip.com or call 888.402.7960.
