While he will continue to serve as the leader of our technical development and support team, he will now bring his impressive talents and skills to the leadership of our company. Sidwell needs strong technical leadership and we are fortunate to have a person of Chad’s caliber in that role.” Prior to being named to this position, Chad served as Manager of the GIS Applications Department and as a GIS Analyst after joining Sidwell in 1998. Chad holds the professional designation of Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP), and possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Economic Geography from Northern Illinois University.

Working with the Sidwell management team, Chad provides the technological vision and leadership for the entire organization. He is responsible for the coordination of development activities for all software products including Parcel Builder® the most widely accepted suite of applications for managing and editing land records. Chad also oversees many of Sidwell’s Professional Services projects, and is responsible for coordinating technical support for Sidwell clients, as well as internal production departments.
