By 2050 the number of people living in cities will double, creating problems that governments and citizens must adapt to in order to survive forcing urban planners to come up with new ways to tackle these growing pains. Anthony Townsend, author of "Smart Cities: Big Data, Civic Hackers and the Quest for a New Utopia," and David Blackman, director of geospatial engineering for Foursquare join "CBS This Morning: Saturday" to discuss these impacts.
