Luis Olivieri is the GIS Director at Hopeworks. For more than 30 years, Luis has worked in the area of GIS, remote sensing and GPS with experience in serving as a university professor, researcher, and private consultant. Luis received his B.S. and M.S. from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez (UPRM) and also has a number of graduate courses and research experience from the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
