UPVISION's UAS manager Jakub Karas studied Remote Sensing, worked as a photogrammetry specialist at EUROSENSE, and was then promoted to Head of Photogrammetry at Gefos for almost 9 years. He then took over as UAS Manager at Geodis Group, which makes extensive use of UAS's in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, he, with colleagues, formed UPVISION where he is now the UAS manager. He as CAA registration for UAS – Gatewing X100, MaVinci, Microdrone MD-1000, Geodrone Hexa and Octo.
