Joseph Elfelt

Joseph Elfelt is the developer of the Gmap4 browser app which is part of his way to “pay it forward.” He is also the owner of the internet startup www.PropertyLineMaps.com and volunteers his mapping work to encourage the adoption of the U.S. National Grid as the “language of location.”
