Tory Elmore is the retiring chair of the URISA vanguard cabinet of young professionals. She works in conservation GIS and is also passionate about K-12 GIS education and participatory GIS. She has her undergraduate degree in environmental science from Brown University and is pursuing her masters degree in GIS development at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
