Sharing is Caring

Europa Technologies is delighted to announce that its award-winning services are available through the latest procurement framework for cloud-based offerings to UK Public Sector organisations, G-Cloud 12.

Two key service types, WMS and WFS, have had their tariffs reduced delivering even greater value for money.

G-Cloud 12 includes all the familiar viaEuropa services, providing comprehensive web services for data from Ordnance Survey, Ordnance Survey Northern Ireland, British Geological Survey, JBA Risk Management and OceanWise. Data licensing options are available, where required.

The viaEuropa services for Ordnance Survey data support all data sets under the new Public Sector Geospatial Agreement (PSGA), including an API for AddressBase and AddressBase Islands.

viaEuropa is an enterprise-grade service which does not employ throttling. This ensures end-users enjoy a high-performance, reliable service which does not stop working during peak times.

Duncan Hill, Business Development Director, commented, “We are delighted to have strengthened our commitment to the UK Public Sector by significantly extending our support for this community with our G-Cloud 12 services. Through a process of continuous innovation, we have improved both the technical and business benefits that viaEuropa delivers. As a leader in our field, we look forward to continuing to serve clients across central and devolved government, local authorities and emergency services, as they continue their journeys of digital transformation.”

Award-winning services from Europa Technologies have been available on the framework since G-Cloud 3, enabling organisations to consume data as a service consistently, efficiently and economically. Today, services from Europa Technologies can be found on the Digital Marketplace, the home of G-Cloud 12:
