John "JB" Byrd Named Top Lobbyist for 2020

John "JB" Byrd, with the firm of John M. Palatiello & Associates, Inc., has been selected as a top lobbyist for 2020 by the National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics (NILE).


Mr. Byrd is the registered lobbyist for the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) and the Council on Federal Procurement of Architectural & Engineering Services (COFPAES). He also provides advocacy services for the U.S. Geospatial Executives Organization (U.S. GEO), the Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Association, the Business Coalition for Fair Competition (BCFC), and other clients.
