ParcelAtlas WHEN NEEDED is designed for the Subscriber who needs the WHOLE COUNTRY but only one County at a time, some just for a short time. With ParcelAtlas WHEN NEEDED you can ‘rent’ just the counties you need by the quarter starting at just $2,000 for 20 Counties. Though no counties may be active on the first day, up to 20 can be added to the VIEW during the first year and more at a lower per county bulk price. In the example above, this Subscriber selected the 20 most heavily populated counties (GREEN) in the North East Corridor for use on the first day. By the end of the first quarter, the Subscriber had added 10 more (ORANGE) counties at a per Quarter price of 1/3 the national price rate, paid subsequent Quarter. Better, counties can be DELETED from the VIEW, only paying for the quarters when it was used. By adding and deleting counties from your VIEW on a quarterly basis, price is matched with usage, not a full year use of 3000 counties whether used or not.
