Land Surveying Expert, Ivan Hernandez, PLS, Joins Cardno

Cardno is pleased to announce that Ivan Hernandez, PLS, has joined the company as Survey Manager in its Central Florida (Altamonte Springs, FL), USA, office.

Ivan brings more than 10 years of experience in providing surveying services, including technical expertise in the use of conventional surveying equipment, Global Navigation Satellite Systems, and 3D laser scanning technology.

Ivan has used his management experience for a wide range of surveying projects, including both topographic and as-built surveys. This includes roles as crew chief for an as-built survey for Cruise Terminal 1 in Port Canaveral, FL, and as survey project manager for an as-built 3D scan for the federal courthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

“We’re excited to bring someone like Ivan with his tremendous amount of experience and technical know-how to our team,” said Vinnie LaVallette, Cardno Branch Manager for the Central Florida office. “He’ll provide our clients with a wide range of surveying expertise and solutions on their projects.”

Ivan is a registered professional surveyor and mapper in Florida. He is a registered professional land surveyor registered in Idaho, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
