Sharing is Caring

GIS Cloud, one of the leaders in the field of cloud-based mapping services, has announced that its partnership with Teramaps, a company specializing in geospatial services based in Santiago, Chile, is expanding to include the markets in Peru and Colombia as well.

In the words of Igor Farkaš, a Business Development and Partners Manager at GIS Cloud:

“We’ve been working closely with Teramaps on introducing GIS Cloud solutions into the Chilean market on a broader scale which proved to be a very successful venture so I’m very pleased to say we’ve expanded our collaboration to the Colombian and Peruvian markets as well. There’s a great momentum happening in Latin America when it comes to cloud and mapping solutions and, with the help of our partner, we expect to significantly increase our growth in these new markets.”

Besides Chile, Teramaps will work on promoting and distributing GIS Cloud solutions in Peru and Colombia, which also includes providing technical support and consulting in Spanish language and local time zones.

Since the beginning of GIS Cloud’s partnership with Teramaps, a number of successful projects have been realized, such as Solution for the Police of Chile, Thematic Maps of Minerals in Chile, solutions for firefighters, and others.
