BRISBANE, Queensland, Australia — 4 December 2017 — GIS People have been named in the CRN Fast50 as the 6th fastest-growing IT company in Australia!

CRN announced its ninth CRN Fast50, comprising the fastest-growing IT solution providers in the Australian IT industry. Technology companies from all around Australia flew in for the awards ceremony, and our Founder and CEO, Igor Stjepanovic went on GIS People’s behalf.

Igor Stjepanovic said, “To be listed on the CRN Fast50 is a huge privilege for any IT company in Australia, big or small. But to come up in the top 10 (and finished at #6) is obviously an amazing achievement. The last financial year was a stellar year for our business, and a lot of our success is due to our strong partnership with Microsoft. However, this financial year promises to be even bigger, and we look forward to entering the CRN Fast50 again in 2018!”

CRN Editorial Director Steven Kiernan said 2017 saw another staggering year of results. "Every year the CRN Fast50 gets more competitive. This is the ninth year of the awards since we launched the program back in 2009, and it was the fastest year yet. The average growth rate was 85.9 percent! It was an incredible achievement by all of the companies that secured a place in the 2017 CRN Fast50."
