Timmons Group Celebrates 15 Years as a Cityworks Business Partner

Timmons Group is proud to celebrate its 15th anniversary as an Azteca Cityworks® business partner. One of the few Platinum Implementation and Strategic Development Partners, Timmons Group has completed over 60 Cityworks implementations across the United States.

During the past three years, our asset management clients have received three Exemplary User Awards at the Cityworks Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. These clients, including the Otay Water District in California, the City of Fayetteville, NC, and the City of Auburn, AL, were selected from a vast group of nominees who have utilized Cityworks® within their organizations above and beyond the typical use.

Timmons Group also developed the Timmons Group Public Facing Portal for Cityworks Server PLL. This portal is focused on enhancing contractor and citizen access to permits and inspections through a custom web portal. This capability includes the application, management, and scheduling of permits utilizing a public facing website. Additionally, the portal plugs into numerous point of sale and payment management systems including PayPal as well as integrates to Hyland OnBase. The integration to OnBase allows for a complete electronic plan review process to occur within an integration between Cityworks PLL, OnBase and the Timmons PLL Portal.

Cityworks® is a comprehensive software that can be leveraged by localities to collect and manage infrastructure assets, manage permits and building inspections, and assist in code enforcement. Through data gathered, Cityworks® plays a part in Asset Management by helping administrators analyze asset health, risk, and costs to make intelligent decisions regarding existing asset maintenance, replacement or upgrades. Timmons Group assists with ensuring various data points are available via Cityworks® and other tools for this decision making process.
