ARLINGTON, Va. – December 17, 2018 – DTS, delivering quality management consulting and IT services to public and private sector organizations, announced two new contracts further demonstrating its industry expertise in providing IT program management and change management services. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) expanded its relationship with DTS with the addition of the follow-on Human Capital Management System Implementation Support Services contract, valued at over $2.6 million through July 31, 2023. The second is a multi-year contract valued at over a quarter of a million to provide business process reengineering and change management services for the VA Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection (OAWP) Performance Management.

“Process engineering results in transformations throughout an organization. DTS will be involved in nearly every aspect of agency operations, from business process analysis to testing and implementation, explained DTS Managing Principal Edward Tuorinsky. “These wins are a testament to our approach and expertise.”

Under the Human Capital Management System Implementation Support Services contract, DTS will provide the FWS Office of Business Innovation & Transformation with program management support for a human capital software development program. DTS has supported the needs of FWS for over a decade and the transformation effort has involved DTS consultants in nearly every facet of business process analysis, business case development, system design, development, testing, and implementation. DTS provides marketing, training, change management, and implementation support services to help FWS staff and leadership smoothly navigate the changes from antiquated IT systems, significantly streamlining the hiring process for the agency which has resulted in increased efficiency and effectiveness across functions.

The second contract breaks new ground with the VA’s Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection (OAWP) Performance Management to provide business process reengineering, process improvement, and change management services for OAWP’s business processes. For this contract award, DTS serves as a subcontractor to Trilogy Federal, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) providing financial management and information technology consulting to the Federal government.

DTS provides information technology and management consulting services in the areas of program management, governance, strategic planning, organization advancement, business process efficiency, software development, system integration and learning enhancement solutions. Earlier this year, DTS announced that Managing Principal Edward Tuorinsky  was named to the NVSBC (National Veteran Small Business Coalition) National Board of Directors.
