McLean, Virginia – December 19, 2018 – Avineon, Inc. (Avineon), a global provider of information technology, geospatial, and engineering support services, is pleased to announce its participation in the Esri Utility Network Management Specialty within the Esri Business Partner Program.

Avineon has been an Esri Business Partner for many years and has extensive ArcGIS experience. We have been working with the Utility Network Extension since the beta release and have assisted a number of utility customers in analysis, testing, and implementation of the product. Qualifying to participate in the Utility Network Management Specialty demonstrates our commitment to and expertise in Utility Network.

“Avineon is proud to be among the first organizations to receive this recognition,” said Joel Campbell, Avineon’s Vice President – Commercial Systems. “We have been involved with Utility Network since the testing stage and are enthusiastic supporters of this technology. We believe it holds tremendous promise for Esri utility customers and look forward to helping them realize its benefits quickly and efficiently.”

Avineon offers geospatial products and services to Esri clients in numerous industries, including the electric, gas, water, and telecommunications utilities that stand to benefit the most from Utility Network. Avineon’s geospatial solutions include strategy, planning, specification development, GIS infrastructure implementation, product implementation, software development, project management, scanning, photogrammetric services, stereo-compilation, photo interpretation, landbase and facilities data capture, GPS data collection, data conflation, environmental mapping, database development, training, and data maintenance.
