In a move aimed at boosting performance worldwide, the organization has added two senior executives to its leadership bench, aligning expertise with evolving seismic acquisition demands in marine geophysical services.

Leadership Team With Two Key Hires

After a governance refresh, the solutions function for technology will be handled by Bob Nouh, while Operations will be directed by Carlos Cubeddu; together they are tasked to strengthen delivery of marine geophysical projects offshore. Both executives hold SVP rank.

Seismic Acquisition Leadership and Technical Oversight

Drawing on nearly three decades in the sector, the veteran’s background spans engineering and service management, most recently at Transocean, followed by advisory work. This track record in driving efficiency supports programs in digital integration and, in particular, seismic data acquisition.

Across the group’s Middle East base, he will shape strategy for technology and supervise implementation, ensuring safe execution and reliable deployment of systems across vessels operating worldwide. Among his duties are building and maintaining equipment and software, plus advancing marine geophysical technologies used in offshore campaigns.

OBN Operations and Global Delivery

Arriving from Parker Wellbore, where he held a regional post covering the Eastern Hemisphere, Cubeddu brings more than a quarter-century of driving change and delivering growth. He will steer both long-range direction and day-to-day delivery of PXGEO’s seismic acquisition operations, with OBN planning and logistics supporting complex projects in oil and gas.
