Mission Viejo Contracts with Nobel Systems to Implement GeoViewer Online and PublicView
The City Council of the City of Mission Viejo, CA unanimously approved an agreement with Nobel Systems to set up a state-of-the-art cloud hosted GIS system. Nobel Systems will provide both GeoViewer™ Online and GeoViewer™ Public View to Mission Viejo.
PublicView enables local government and utility agencies to publish information through a powerful search-friendly, interactive smart map on their public websites.
Paired with Nobel’s GeoViewer Online spatial analysis and geospatial platform, PublicView is an online interactive smart map that gives communities and businesses, the most up-to-date information to boost public engagement and collaboration. PublicView can be accessed via any web-browser empowering residents on the go.
Mission Viejo city staff reviewed Nobel Systems GeoViewer Online and determined it will work best for the city’s needs.
Nobel Systems GeoViewer’s advanced technology will allow both city staff and the public to view and analyze data.
The GeoViewer system is simple to use. Nobel's GIS services for Mission Viejo will include leased parcel data, development of data layers and city-owned data layers. This also includes a 2018 1-foot pixel of Orange County and 3-foot pixel of Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel and Aliso Viejo at no extra charge.
