Sharing is Caring

Working interactively with the City of Auburn, Timmons Group recently implemented a new citizen access system. Timmons Group, a leading provider of geospatial solutions, contracted with the City to implement a public-facing PLL (Permitting, Licensing, and Land) Portal that was installed on the Cityworks PLL platform Timmons Group previously implemented with the City.

Timmons Group’s Portal for Cityworks® Server PLL is focused on enhancing contractor and citizen access to permits and inspections through a custom web interface. This capability includes the application of, management of, and scheduling of permits utilizing a public facing website. Additionally, the Portal plugs into numerous point of sale and payment management systems like PayPal. As part of this implementation, Timmons Group successfully interfaced with OpenEdge to enable seamless online payments.

“We are excited to work with the City of Auburn again," said Project Manager Michael Edwards. “By implementing the PLL Portal with the existing Cityworks implementation, the City will see a great improvement in their permitting processes.”

Timmons Group’s Asset Management division is a Cityworks® Platinum Implementation and Strategic Development Partner.
