Since ParcelAtlas digital parcel maps are LIVE data accessible via AGOL User Name, ParcelAtlas FEATURE SERVICE supports export of selected features to the desktop and beyond at any time. Hence, ParcelAtlas can be used no different than any of today's National Parcel Layer Download Pages EXECEPT there is no need to download, mount or update content (10 to 2960 ZIP files). Having started this industry 20 years ago (READ HISTORY), BSI/TAR are committed to ParcelAtlas coverage going SEAMLESS (3142 counties-unrestricted use, current to 12 months) in the next 3 years OR as fast as revenue will allow. Through multiple 3rd Party agreements, ParcelAtlas overall coverage is now almost 3000 Counties. Of these, 1650 of Counties, 110M parcels are included in a 'National' ParcelAtlas Subscription due to EULA issues.
