Sharing is Caring

GeoComm is excited to both sponsor and exhibit at the Esri National Security and Public Safety Summit (NSPSS) and to exhibit at the Esri User Conference (UC).

The Esri UC is being held July 9-12 at the San Diego Convention Center. We look forward to visiting with you about the latest industry developments with GIS for Public Safety, at our booth number 2215.

In Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) systems, accurate GIS is a requirement since the GIS data will be routing calls to the correct PSAP based on geography. Stop by our booth to learn how you can take your public safety GIS to the next level utilizing GeoComm’s complete integrated NG9-1-1 GIS data workflow process toolset which empowers you to assess, improve, maintain, and share public safety grade GIS data.

During the Esri UC GeoComm’s subject matter expert Jessica Beierman will be co-presenting with Rodger Mann from NCT9-1-1 on Next Generation 911 GIS Data Needs and Maintenance. This presentation will highlight how jurisdictions across the county have different addressing policies and methods for GIS data maintenance and with the transition to NG9-1-1 systems the need for establishing consistent GIS data processes exist across local, regional, and state data maintainers. Stop by this session on Tuesday, July 9 at 10:00 a.m. in room 28D to learn how collaborative and consistent tools can help you achieve public safety grade GIS data for mission critical NG9-1-1 environments.

In addition to our participation at the Esri UC, GeoComm is a Gold Level Sponsor at the Esri NSPSS being held July 6-9 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel. This summit is aimed at covering areas such as defense, national security, intelligence, law enforcement, emergency management, and public safety. As part of our summit sponsorship we will be sharing how GeoComm Smart City Map and Smart Venue Map provides a new dimension in public safety by increasing public safety awareness, readiness, and responsiveness throughout jurisdictions and venues.
