Team Progress and New Responsibilities

In acknowledgment of deep expertise and the ability to navigate complex client environments, talented team members have stepped up into new posts. These changes widen career opportunities while strengthening how the business supports clients.

Since 2018, Alex Bodrozic has built his path, beginning as a graduate in the group handling the referencing of land records at Ardent and learned core skills that shaped his career. After support from the in-house Academy, he obtained chartered status and later moved into the division overseeing the assembly of land parcels at Ardent, where he now serves as an associate‑level director. Today, he co-leads delivery and provides technical guidance to strategic clients on large-scale programmes.

Within the same area of the business, Sophie Rathore steps into a senior-level surveyor role, working with priority clients from the office in Manchester. Opened in January 2025, that Manchester hub has only just completed its first year, building the regional presence.

Joining in 2023, India Roberts now steps up within the team based in Ireland, taking on an associate-level position that reflects rising demand and opportunity in the region. She leads onboarding for new clients, which, in turn, creates further career paths for colleagues across Ardent.
